Two mentally challenged girls have been hand over to the Child Welfare Committee (CWC), Thoubal today by Kakching Police.
The girls were identified as Tombi (16) and Asha (6) d/o Ningthem and Shanti where residential address are not known.CWC, Thoubal later hand over the girls to Carnel Jyoti Children Home located at Luwangshangbam.
Both the girls have been kept at the children home and it has been known that both the girls are sisters of same parent.
