Imphal, April 19: One lethod shell was found at the courtyard of Moirangthem Helendro of Lamlai Awang Leikai at around 5 am today. Helendro is presently the vice chairperson of Lamlai Municipal Council. Another lethod shell was also found around the same timing near the gate of Achoibam Deben singh of Lamlai Mayai Leikai ,an active worker of MLA Ksh Biren Singh.
