2 deaths from COVID-19 in the last 24 hours

Imphal, 10 November:
Two succumbed to COVID-19 in the last 24 hours in Manipur. The two deceased all male, aged 47 years and 58 years are from Thoubal and Kakching respectively and expired at PHC/HWC Mayang Imphal and JNIMS hospital respectively. With these two deaths, the total number of death from COVID-19 is 200.
A total of 215 persons from the general population were tested positive with COVID-19. The maximum number of today’s positive cases comes from Imphal West district and the least from Kamjong district.
275 persons were discharged in the last 24 hours and the recovery rate stands at 84.39%. So far, the total number of COVID-19 positive is 20,777 out of which 17,941 are from the General population and the remaining from Central Security Personnel. The total number of recovered cases is 17,534, from which 14,930 are from the General population and the rest from CSF. The total number of active cases stands at 3043 out of which 2,815 are from the General Population and 228 from CSF.
