Thoubal, June 12: 2 –day seminar on Modern Manipuri Literature, organized by Extra Green Foundation, Lamding under the sponsorship of National Book Trust, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India begins today at YK College Thoubal. The inaugural function of the workshop was attended by Tekcham Bikomdas, DI/DDP, Zone III Thoubal, Moirangthem Rajendra Singh, President, Manipur sahytya Parishad, Thoubal branch and W. Shantikumar, Director of Agro Company Limited as dignitaries on the dais.
The seminar discussed on the issues of the Poems published in Newspaper in Manipur and also short stories published by the writers in Thoubal district.
