The reason for the Indian government to not address the issues of Manipur, be it AFSPA or ILP, is because Manipur is not the true land of India and they do not treat the people of the state as their own hence they are killing many of us brutally, said Iboyaima.Secretary, Thangjam Manorama Memorial Charitable Trust, K. Muhindro said that even though an enquiry commission has been formed by a retired Judge, the report cannot be flashed to the public. He further said the enquiry report must be flashed to the public and give proper punishment to the armies involved in the case.
