At least 15 students were seriously injured after police fire tear gas shell and charge with baton at Sanjenthong Area in Imphal East district at around 1.00 pm today.
Report said that large number of students from schools in Imphal East came from various direction of Imphal East and gathered at palace compound and proceeded towards CM Bungalow. The police dispersed them near CC higher Sec School.
