10th Ngashigee Nachom held

All Manipur Arts and Culture Students’ Union (AMACSU) organised 10th Ngashigee Nachom (Ari Anou Sinnaba) today at Jawaharlal Nehru Manipur Dance Academy, Imphal.Attending the function as Guest of Honour, Khoirom Loyalakpa, Editor, Naharolgee Thoudang said that the life of human being is futile without the presence of culture. It is the arts and culture and sports that make Manipur popular to the other countries, added Loyalakpa. He further said as there is lack of preservation, our culture seems to be deteriorating. It is time to unite and preserve our culture for the consideration of our future generation, said Loyalakpa.The function was attended by A. Tombinou Devi, Pradhan Guru, J.N.M.D.A., Naba Wareppa, President, Theatre Centre Manipur and H. Shyamkumar Sharma, President, AMACSU as Chief Guest, Guest of Honour and President respectively.
