Council for Advancement of Rural Development, Thoubal Kshetrileikai organised 10 Days Rural Leadership Development Programme begun yesterday at Conference Hall of CARD in the Supported by Dattopant Thengadi National Board for Worker Education and Development, Imphal Ministry of Labour and Employment,Govt.of India, 30 youths from different organization from thoubal district attended the Programme.
N.Shanti Devi Ex-Councillor Ward No-15 Thoubal Municipal Council, as CHIEF GUEST, P.Jiteswar Singh Ex-Councillor Ward No-03 Thoubal Municipal Council as a GUEST OF HONOUR and MN Salam Retd.Regional Director Dattopant Thengadi National Board for Worker Education & Development Imphal as a PRESIDENT of the inaugural function.
W.Ibohal Singh, 1st National Youth Awardee of NE States. Retd. District Youth Coordinator, Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan, Govt. of India, Secretary CARD give welcome speech that he welcomed all the guest seating on the dias, welcome all the participants, youth leader and head of the organisation. Further he mentioned the important of youth in nation building and role of civil organization for bringing a good and healthy society.
P.Jiteswar Singh Ex-Councillor said that the participanting youths to take the benefit of the programme, Work hard what ever talent you have, don’t be hesitate be to expose your idea in an innovative way and also to have a better job opportunity. Further he mentioned from the heart that doesn’t be sleep at the mouth of the drug please stay away from the drug for the better and development of the society.
N. Shanti Devi, chief guest of the function says that it is very good luck for the participants to attend such beautiful programme and they should take advantage to learn themselves from the programme. She also mentioned about the Leadership and it kinds, equality, how to become a good leadership. She advised the participants that they much be attentive to the resource person while delivering lecture. She hope the participants for new creative idea and knowledge and make the society a beautiful and productive.

Ibohal Singh for being appointed as co-opted member in the Regional Advisory Committee member of the Dattopant Thingadi National Board for Worker Education and Development, Imphal.
He mentioned about Rural Leadership Development Programme-it is one and only special programme for the financial year’s. He says the participants to spread knowledge to the community/society after the completion of the training programme. He appreciated to the secretary CARD and his team for organizing the programme very smooth and successfully every year. Lastly he mention about the dignity of Labour.
