Imphal, July 24: Troops of 24 Assam Rifles arrested a cadre of the UNPC from Sita Junction in Imphal-Moreh road at around 11.30 pm yesterday. The arrested person has been identified as Mayopam Hungyo (20), son of NIngam Hunyo of Bungpun Village in Kasom Khullen under Yairipok Police station. AR source said the arrested person is a self style Lieutenant of the outfit and his army number is 063.
