Combined SF of CDO and AR arrested one alleged PLA cadre identified as Chingkham Lemba @ Momon Meitei of Andro Khunou Prsently staying at Heirok Part 3 Inga Lok at around 11 am today. Police source said that the person joined the RPF since 2015.
