Imphal, Nov 6: A team of Manipur Police Commando led by H. Chaoba, OC Moreh Police arrested a cadre of KYKL from Moreh ward No. 4 yesterday morning at around 9.30 am. Report reaching here said that the cadre identified as Heirom Naobi@Arun Meitei (30)S/O (L)H.Pakchao Meitei of Awang Sekmai Market, was arrested while trying to sneak to India from Myanmar near Sunrise ground. Police source said the cadre a corporal of the outfit . He joined the outfit in 2008.
