A Combined team of Lamlai Police and 49 BSF arrested one active member of KNF-N while conducting search operation in Ethem village of Imphal east district under Yairipok Police station at around 8 pm yesterday.
The arrested person has been identified as Kamilun Kipgen (25) son of Ngulmang Kipgen of Singsit Veng of Kangpokpi. One AK Rifle along with 10 live rounds, a voter ID, and a Rs 500 note were recovered from him . The arrested person was handed over to Yairipok police station.
