Imphal, Jan 30: Tengnoupal District Police team led by Inspector P. Tarunkumar Singh and AC 8 MR Th. Krishnatombi Singh arrested a cadre of KCP (Noyon group) from near Eastern Shine ground at around 7.30 am today. The arrested cadre has been identified as Ashem Rishikanta@Thoupanba Singh(22) son of A.Tomba Singh of Ningthoukhong Kha Khunou. Police source said that the individual is a s/s Lance corporal and was trained in 22nd batch in the year of 2013 at Leipok of Myanmar. He has been working under s/s Lt. Langam, the source added.
