Rejoinder to “Resolve the MCSCC (mains) exam, 2016 issues at the earliest” What hinders MPSC in conducting the MCSCC (mains) exam 2016?

Respected Editor,

I would like to highlight a few points to the writeup of the self-styled Convenor of the so called “Group of Aspirants”
Sir, I would like to share that I am also a MPSC aspirant. Since my graduation I started preparing myself for the MPSC Civil services exam. Unfortunately, I could not clear the prelims of the 2016 exam.
The so-called Group of Aspirants visited many coaching centres to mobilize young aspirants as well as resources. They claimed that they will clean the system in MPSC by fighting in the court. Not only this they also claimed that they will demand for re-conducting of prelims afresh thereby giving equal chance to everyone. Many of the young aspirants like me got carried away. Huge amount of money was collected from young civil service aspirants with the assurance that MCS exam 2016 shall be conducted afresh from the prelims stage, whereas, why have they not publicized the plea which they had submitted to court? In the plea they asked only for re-conducting of mains exam only. It is because some vested interest in the Group of Aspirants want to re-conduct only the Mains 2016 exam so they can get the opportunity to get through the exam with lesser competition.
My question is if the main intention of quashing the 2016 exam is to clean MPSC, why did the Group of Aspirant leaders demanded for quashing only the mains exam? They also filed a case in High Court for cancelling the 2019 prelims exam on the grounds that there was no controller of examinations, no proper Recruitment rules etc. Where all these justified during the MPSC prelims that it was not asked the prelims to be quashed, in the court? Will the Group of Aspirants have the courage to show the public what they demanded in their petitions in the court?
On behalf of all the MPSC Aspirants of Manipur I beg you ‘Mr Convenor’ to kindly not disturb any new MPSC civil services which are in pipeline just for the sake of your self-centered aspirations. Kindly, don’t go to the Court unnecessarily to waste the time of the youths of Manipur.
Yours
Bikramjit
