Major challenges has come for Manipur to save our one and only savior asset PONY ( Sagol) which is about to extinct in a very near future. The issue for conserving and make a ever lasting survival of Pony should  not be neglected . we all come to know that if we don’t focus to save  the Pony  we will be regretted   at the final stage while it comes in a position to extinct. It had been noted that Pony has already included in the threaten group of rear spices . Many times we have come across that Pony were gazing at the roads side as our government neglected to control and menace to custody them at the safe places. Since ,the game Polo originated from our state we had host many international events of these game  but, it seems to forget the value  of making safe survival of Pony.

‘’WE GAVE THE GAME POLO “  has been wrote with pride as we are the presenter of this game to everyone. Although , we shout SAVE PONY SAVE POLO the value of such acclaim blown to heaven. The seriousness has not seen from  the authority of the government as  we saw many Pony has put to dead without any treatment even  for the mere illness.  The natural  gifted gazing  fields  have been utilize to construct infrastructure for many projects by sideline the value of making longer survival of these state wealth. Habitation of Pony had not much concern by any authorities. Here, government should take up a flexi projects like every grade I officer should adopt a Pony to save our pride.  The typical of our Pony has well defined by many in such a way that a pony as a mature horse that measures less than 14.3 hands (59 inches, 150 cm) . Compared to other horses, ponies often exhibit thick manes, tails and overall coat, as well as proportionally shorter legs, wider barrels, heavier bone, thicker necks, and shorter heads with broader foreheads. Ponies are generally considered intelligent and friendly. They are sometimes also described as stubborn or cunning. Properly trained ponies are appropriate mounts for children who are learning to ride. Larger ponies can be ridden by adults, as ponies are usually strong for their size. These smaller animals were domesticated and bred for various purposes all over the Northern Hemisphere. Ponies were historically used for driving and freight transport, as children’s mounts, for recreational riding, and later as competitors and performers in their own right.

Conservation of Pony has become greater concerned for all of us as our  Pony decrease their population with the time being.
