Dear Bravehearts do not panic instead let’s focus on political and economic reforms

Why should we become alarmed as if para commandos, gurkhas, Sikh regime nts, CRPF’s Cobra, CISF’s Ninja, RAW’s foot soldiers, SG(Vikas), SFF, or RR were stationed in Manipur and were planning to carry out genocide? This country is a strong democracy, not a repressive totalitarian one. We have a propensity to declare ourselves experts in everything from internal security to geopolitics. Social media and the internet are ubiquitous in today’s world, with or without AFSPA. There will not be any more extrajudicial acts of the government like there were when the Congress was in power. The notorious events that took place in Heirangoithong, Oinam Village, Malom, RIMS, Sanjit, Rabina, and more than a thousand false encounters—along with disappearances—must never transpire once more.
Is there a lack of legal representation for Meitei Khunai in lower courts, the Honorable High Court, and the Honorable Supreme Court in the land of Chief Justice Swargya R.K. Manisana, the former Hon’ble Chief Justice of the Guwahati High Court, the Honorable SC Justice Kotiswar Singh, and others? Let us avoid inciting fear and anxiety. After enduring seven years of destruction, our ancestors fought the powerful British colonial power. Instead of wasting time, let us develop the economy and promote independence.
Let us create 100 Dr. Dhabalis, Dr. Palins, Irabantas, Khagembas etc, from the startups that can strengthen the national and state economies. Nothing on Earth can stop us from achieving freedom within the parameters of the Bharatiya constitution when our needs for food, fuel, energy (we can generate green hydrogen or biofuel for our own use and use renewable energy to harness electricity for state consumption), skill development, voice for the local community, and other factors come together. It will not succeed to shout or pretend to fight for a separate nation while collecting your illegal taxes from the public in the name of a liberation struggle; instead, let us work towards Sampurna Aatmanirbhar first.
