Sailex Ngairangbam of The Women’s Worth Organisation has been honoured with the “Innovation Team Best Practices” award at an international innovation forum held in Paris, France.
The award was presented on June 4, 2026, at the Maison de l’Océan amphitheatre during the National Meeting of Chief Innovation Officers, organised as part of the Indo-French Year of Innovation, with India as the official guest country.
According to organisers, the award recognises Sailex’s outstanding project and contribution to innovation and social impact. His project was selected among leading Indian innovations showcased on the international platform.
The event brought together innovation leaders, researchers and policymakers from across the world under the theme “Innovation for and with Emerging Countries.”
The programme was organised by the European Institute for Creative Strategies and Innovation and the Club de Paris des Directeurs de l’Innovation, with support from the Indian Embassy in France, the French Embassy in India and Paris-Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
