86 Bn CRPF distributed Solar Street Light

86 Battalion CRPF under the aegis of IG M&N Sector CRPF today conducted a Civic Action Programme (CAP) on 16/12/2025 at Tupul village under Noney PS, Noney district.
The event was grace by Ravindra Kumar, Second in Command, 86 Battalion CRPF, K. James Rongmei, Asst Comdt of 86Bn, Inspector Ng. Parihanba Singh of 86Bn, Inspector Gadadhar Mandal of G/167Bn CRPF, Village authority members, Women society organization members, Village elders and villagers participated the event.
As a part of the Civic Action Programme, solar street light were distributed to the villagers Tupul and Taokuamjang village.
The Chief Guest, Ravindra Kumar, Second in Command, 86 Battalion CRPF, addressed the gathering and expressed his gratitude to the villagers. He stated that the distribution of solar street light aims to support the residents for the development of the region where CRPF deployed with the commitment to store peace and prosperity, to strengthen goodwill and positive relations between CRPF and the local population.
The village chairmen and villagers of both villages appreciated this noble initiative by 86 Battalion CRPF and conveyed their heartfelt gratitude, expressing hope that similar welfare activities will continue in the future.
