Imphal, Sept 14: Chief Secretary P.C. Lawmkunga will be on official tour to Seoul, South Korea from September 16 to September 24. During his absence Senior most Additional Chief Secretary or senior most Principal Secretary will dispose of urgent administrative matters. However, cases tht require CS approval or orders as the Competent Financial authority or for the State Vigilance Commissioner shall wait for his return.
