KVK Senapati is implementing the campaign in association with the Central Agricultural University (CAU), Imphal, Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), Imphal, and the district’s Agriculture, Horticulture, Veterinary, and Fishery departments. So far, the programme has reached 60 villages and benefitted over 3,600 farmers.
Resource persons highlighted various central government schemes, distributed agricultural inputs and extension materials, and conducted farmer-scientist interaction programmes. The VKSA initiative in the district will continue until June 12, 2025.
