Proscribed RPF today said that Laishram Indu @ Ton (28) son of (late) L. Tomba of Waikhurok Kaprang Mamang Leikai, who was arrested by Bishnupur District Police Commando from Salungpham Mayai Leikai on June 7, 2015 was not related with its party or its armed wing PLA.
