The initiative was led by Senior Psychiatrist Dr. Seram Manikanta and IRCS Manipur State Branch Chairman Narendra Ningomba, who emphasized the importance of mental health support for those affected by the conflict. The event aimed at offering counseling and mental health services to help IDPs cope with the trauma and stress they have experienced.
