Imphal, Sept 25: A powerful blast took place at around 2 am today morning at Mercylane , Mantripukhri, about 50 meters from UCO Bank located at Mantripukhri. Source said the explosive could have been planted at the roadside of the lane just adjacent to the residence of one Lilawati Devi. There were no human casualties.
