The Editors’ Guild Manipur in collaboration with the Department of CAF & PD, Government of Manipur is organising a “One Day Workshop for Media persons on National Food Security Act (NAFSA) on 23rd October 2016 at Hotel Classic with Minister of CAF & PD Shri Ksh Biren as Chief Guest and Commissioner CAF & PD Shri BB Sharma (IAS) as Guest of Honour. EGM President A Mobi will preside over the function. Eminent Economist Prof. N Mohindro, AIR News Editor A Ibomcha and Ranjan Yumnam Joint Director CAF & PD will address the gathering as resource persons. The workshop is the first in the series of workshops that will be organised by EGM in its effort to bring about maximum awareness of all issues concerning the State and Manipuri society at the editorial level so that the Media can play a stronger role in forging a strong society and State. All members of EGM are requested to kindly attend the Workshop.
