RD/PR and MAHUD Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh distributed sports kits and uniforms to the Manipur Junior Roll Ball Players (Boys) on November 28, 2024, during a ceremony held at the Seminar Hall of NIELIT, Imphal Centre, Akampat. The event was organized ahead of the team’s participation in the 2nd East Zone Roll Ball Championship, set to take place at the Rudra Singh Roll Ball Ground in Guwahati from November 30 to December 1, 2024.
The distribution function was attended by Dr. Yumnam Jayanta Singh, Executive Director of NIELIT Imphal, and Dr. Laiphrakpam Kumar Singh, General Secretary of the Manipur Roll Ball Association, who were present as Guests of Honour.
The Manipur Junior Roll Ball Players are scheduled to depart for Guwahati on November 29, 2024, via a flight from Bir Tikendrajit International Airport, Imphal, at 9:20 a.m. The team will be led by L. Opendro Singh as Manager and L. Jugindro Singh as Coach.
