The ‘Swachhata Pakhwada’ is being observed by 69 bn CRPF under the aegis of IGP Manipur and Nagaland sector and led by Bajrang Lal commandant 69 Bn. CRPF with focused participation of all officers and personnel of the battalion along with enthusiastic support of the local populace and students to promote the event to make the country neat and clean. The battalion also strives to achieve cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene in the nearby schools and religious institutions.
Swachhata Pakhwada 2022 from 1st to 15th December 2022 is organized in 69 Bn. as well as all establishments of CAPF, which will be focused on cleanliness, community awareness, lecture by the officers to encourage Jawans and locals and placing hoardings at prominent places to spread awareness about cleanliness as well as road march in nearby area.Under this directive, 69 Bn CRPF is enthusiastically organising various activities for the realisation of the programme. Children and youth are the real ‘CHANGE MAKER’ of the future & hence they must be Empowered, Enriched & adequately Encouraged whenever there is any initiative towards creating any kind of awareness on any issue. Realising the significance of this important social obligation, the battalion celebrated Swachhata Pakhwada with the children and youth and organized a cleanliness drive in the nearby Kali Mandir, Lamlongei Primary School & Community Hall.
The youth and the children were awarded with appreciation certificates by the Commandant 69 Bn CRPF for their enthusiastic and voluntary participation in the event.
