Proscribed group PREPAK (Pro) has stated that the organization does not have any idea of one MD. Sanajaoba (25) and Oinam Amitkumar which the combined team of Thoubal Police commando and Assam Rifles claimed to have arrested as cadres of the outfit.
A statement said by Lanchenba, Media Coordinator of the proscribed group said that claim by the security force is to malign the image of the Revolutionary outfit PREPAK. It said that the two persons is not only related to the outfit but also the PREPAK (Pro) has no knowledge of who those two persons are.
The PREPAK (Pro) said that the act of arresting any person and charged them as cadre of any outfit is a common phenomenon to get rank in their department.
The PREPAK (Pro) statement also stated that the outfit always respect those police personnel who have been working with dedication in the war against drug and social evil, however, the outfit said that they will always stand against those police personnel who are acting against the law for their own benefit.
