Blankets distributed to IDPs

In light of the ongoing crisis in Manipur, the Indian Red Cross Society has distributed blankets to Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in various relief camps across Bishnupur District.
A team from the Indian Red Cross Society, Manipur State Branch, led by Chairman Narendra Ningomba, Secretary Athokpam Nabachandra, and Treasurer Premjit Naoroibam, along with Dr. Huidrom Romen, Secretary of the Bishnupur District Branch, and Life Members Soibam Rakesh, Maikam Binde, Oinam Brojen, Stephen Takhellambam, and Binoy, took part in the distribution drive.
The relief efforts covered several locations, including Leimaram SC Girls Hostel, Thambalmarik College Oinam, Terakhongshangbi Khudekpi Mamang Leikai, Sellungkhong Upper Primary School, Wangoo Higher Secondary School, Kumbi Tera Khunou UPS, Yaima Model Girls’ High School, and Moirang Khunou Mamang Sabal Mandop.
Blankets were handed over directly to the families residing in these relief camps, providing much-needed assistance to those affected by the current situation.
