World Bank’s Senior Transport Specialist Trade and Transport Facilitation South Asia Region Ms Diep Nguyen -Van Houtte led three member World Bank team called on the state Chief minister Okram Ibobi Singh this morning at the latter’s office chamber at CM”s office secretariat in Imphal.
The other two member of the World bank are Senior Regional Coordinator Michel Zarnowiecki and Gaigongdin Panmei, IRS (C&CE).
The state public health and engineering department minister Irengbam Hemochandra, Works minister Dr Kh Ratankumar, Principal secretary(Home) Dr J Suresh Babu and Secretary to the chief minister N Ashok kumar also present in the day’s meeting that took place around 10.15 am.However what had been discussed during the meeting could not be established immediately.
