A team of Imphal West Police Commando arrested President of Universal Mothers Organization, Moirangthem Sorojini Leima (68) d/o. M. Mangi of Kangpokpi near police station at present staying at Lamboikhong Ngangkhong Tampha Yumpham along with three other cadres of KCP-Mangal group.
The three arrested cadres are identified as Yumnam Budhi Meitei (55) s/o. (L) Y. Mangi of Pallel Leima-ngai Chingjing s/s Convenor, Hingdangmayum Premila (40) w/o. H . Bige Sharma of Utlou awang leikai at present staying at Tampa Yumpham Lamboikhong Khongngang Khong and Arambam Sajan Meitei (27) s/o. (L) A. kullamani Meitei Singh of Chingmeirong Lei-Ingkhol. 1(one) set of Computer system,1 (one) Chinese Hand Grenade, 17 (seventeen) number of demand letters and 3 mobile handsets were reportedly recovered from their possession.
