Touts who bribed a sum of Rs 2.5 crore from intending BJP candidate rounded up

Imphal, Nov 18: Two touts who promise BJP party ticket to one intending candidate identified as Kangabam Jadu of Charangpat were rounded up by the workers of the intending candidate early yesterday evening and handed over to police today after consultation with the State BJP leaders. Kangbam Jadu is candidate aspirant from Wangkhem Assembly constituency in the upcoming 11th Manipur Legislative Assembly Election.
The two persons are identified as Sheik Baddrudoza S/O Muhammad Nurul Haque and Oinam Tarpan , S/O O. Iboyai from Thoubal Ningombam presently serving as Secretary of BJP Thoubal District Yuva Morcha.
According to report the two came for negotiation with Kangbam Jadu for payment of huge amount assuring him the BJP party tickets but as some fishy stuff was noticed the negotiation and every move of the two were recorded by the workers of K Jadu. They were rounded up and Jadu in consultation with the State BJP leaders finally handed them to Thoubal Police.

Is the two culprits are actually the Activ functionaries of BJP so that they can give tickets for the upcoming election.
