Top cadre of UNLF missing after suspected Indian troops abducted him from Bangladesh

Though officially not confirmed, a top cadre of the proscribed group UNLF has been missing since February 11, after suspected troops of Indian Intelligence abducted him from the outskirt of Dhaka. The top cadre, identified as Naba, aged about 48, is reportedly on a mission to Bangladesh when he was abducted by the suspected Indian troop. Source said the Indian troop came along with the Bangladesh police in civil dress and abducted him at around 10 pm of the same evening.
Interestingly, Authority of the Intelligence agencies in India has denied any such arrest as it has not been made official. As this is the second such arrest set up by NIA troop , there is a possibility that the arrested cadre may have been transported to the NIA. Earlier, Chairman of the group RK Sanayaima @ Meghen was also arrested in the same manner from a place in Dhaka. But later Indian authority said that he was arrested from a place in Bihar. The UNLF chairman is still in the NIA custody.
