Thoubal, Feb 8: Chairperson of Thoubal Municipal Council, Th. Shyamo today inaugurated a newly constructed temple off Thoubal Ningthou Ibudhou deity at Thoubal Sabaltongba.
Other member of the Thoubal Ningthou Ibudhou committee and counselor of the Thoubal Municipal Council were also present on the inauguration function.
