Rotary Free Health Camp

Rotary Club of Imphal (RID-3240) organised a one day ‘Rotary Free Health Camp’ at Oklong village of Senapati district, Manipur today benefitting about 310 villagers including housewives and children. The medical camp was organised with support from doctors and paramedics from RIMS, Imphal, JNIMS, Imphal, Shija Eye Care, Langol, Diagnomed, Imphal, Rotarian doctors, members of Rotary Club of Imphal and Oklong Youth Club. Essential medicines were also distributed to the beneficiaries during the camp.
Rtn. Pramod Jaiswal, President of Rotary Club of Imphal, said that such free medical camps are being organised by the club every year at different remote places of the state so that the minimum medical cares are given to the people of the hill districts and will continue in future too. Today’s camp is being organised as a part of observation of its golden jubilee year. He thanked all participating doctors, paramedics and members of Rotary Club of Imphal and Oklong Youth Club for supporting the programme and helping the needy persons.
