Provocative pamphlets distributed

A provocative pamphlets in tribal dialect is being widely distributed in different parts of the state urging hill people to protest against the passing of ILPS bill by Manipur Legislative Assembly.
The pamphlets said that if the Bills have been passed the benefits enjoyed by the hill people would be taken away. While the government would forfeit land for those who are unable to produce their land records registered before 1950. Residents of unauthorized villagers would be deported if the Bills have been converted into Act.
