Imphal, June 21: A team of Imphal West District Police commandos led by officer-in-charge inspector P Achouba Meetei under the supervision of Additional Superintendent of Police (ops) Imphal West Dr S Ibomcha arrested an over ground worker of KCP (PWG), identified as Aribam Rikesh Sharma alias Tingku, 24, son of A Sharatchandra Sharma of Brahmapur Thangapat Mapal. According to police sources, he was working under the command of Mathoi alias Thoi Luwang alias Subashchandra of Hiyanglam. A .32 pistol loaded with two live rounds, four contact notes of the banned organization, an ID card and a mobile phone was recovered from his possession. He was reportedly involved in making threats to general public and extortion cases.
