MLA RK Imo Singh inaugurated the Shree Shree Radha Mandap at Amudon Akham Leikai today, marking a significant addition to the community infrastructure in Sagolband. The inauguration was attended by Corporator Ward No. 7 RK Jiten Singh and Member No. 1 Chongtham Tombi. The Mandap was constructed at a total cost of 29,15,000 (Twenty Nine Lakhs Fifteen Thousand Rupees).
During the ceremony, MLA RK Imo Singh emphasized the ongoing efforts to enhance community spaces across Sagolband. He noted that several similar halls have already been constructed as part of these efforts. However, the unrest in the state caused delays in the inauguration of these projects. The MLA assured that these delayed projects would be inaugurated as soon as possible.
Among the newly completed projects are the Multipurpose Hall at Moirang Leirak Ebudhou Khamlangba, a Club at Akham Lampak, Meino Leirak, the Sagolband United & Water Reservoir at Sagolband Tera, Community Halls at Thokchom Leikai and Babupura, and the Upper Primary Health Center at Moirang Leirak Nepra Menjor.
