Mild tremor hits Manipur

Guwahati, July 23: A 3.6 magnitude earthquake jolted Manipur in the wee hours on Sunday triggering the fear of the 2015 like one which caused huge damage to the northeastern state.
The earthquake, which originated in Ukhrul district struck the state at around 1.36 am forced many people to wake up and the panic stricken people in the high rise buildings started coming down to the open space.
There is, however, no report of any casualty or loss of property.
