Various Meira paibis, Passenger vehicle bodies and local clubs today staged protest against any attempt to distort the integrity of the state while solving the problem of NSCN –IM.
Passenger service vehicle bodies of various area of the state staged a protest demonstration against any decision to enforce article 371 A or alike to Naga inhabited area of the state. The protest were staged at Naoremthong and Uripok in Imphal West district, at Heirok, Yairipok and Lillong in Thoubal district. Protest were also staged at Mayai lambi and Airport line too.
At almost all area of Imphal West and East district, local clubs and Meira paibis staged protest demonstration at their respective localities. Banners demanding revelation of the frame work agreement were displayed during the protest.
