Maoist lifts ban on Art & Culture Director, MM Hr. Sec.School

Armed group Maoist Communist Party, Manipur has lifted its ban imposed on the Director of Art and Culture and MM Higher Secondary with immediate effect, said a release by Nonglen Meitei, Secretary Publicity and Propaganda of the outfit.
It also said that the ban has been lifted after a representative of the Director assured not to commit any crimes against the people of Manipur while meeting with members of the outfit.
While, the ban on MM Higher Secondary School has been lifted considering the problems being face by the students of the school. However, the group would re-impose the ban if the educational institute failed to complied with the dictates of the out and act against the people of Manipur.
However, there is no change in the ban on other unrecognized CBSE educational institutes in the states, it added.
