Magisterial Enquiry for the custodial death of Md. Abdul Gaffar @ Sayeed (40 years) son of Lilong Tamyai, Thoubal District has been initiated.
The enquiry will ascertain the facts and circumstances leading to an alleged custodial death in the hands of combined 26th Assam Rifles and CDO, Thoubal.
