M. Premier and colleague conferred National Excellence award

Imphal, June 19: In recognition to their service for the differently abled persons in the state of Manipur  Programme Manager of Relief Centre for the Welfare of Differently Abled Person Manipur Moirangthem Premier and two of his associate Lenin Hirom and Oinam Birkumar have been conferred the National Excellence award 2017 by the National Platform for Disabled Right and Duties New Delhi.
