Inaugural function for Upgradation of Leibi Village Junior High School in Tengnoupal district under the initiative of the District Council Administration Chandel was held today.
The inaugural function was attended by Tongsin Willingson (Executive Member – Edn & Phed (ADC-Chandel), J.N. Baite (Executive Member-PWD& Social Welfare, ADC chandel ), Ksm. Mathew Maring (Executive Member – 5 Rilram DCC , ADC-Chandel) attended as dignitaries on the dais. After a long gap the ADc Chandel is upgrading 184 Junior High School .
