New office bearers of Kangleipak Students’ Association (K.S.A) today administered oath of office during a ceremony held at Manipur University Centenary Hall. The oath taking ceremony was attended by S. Manglemjao Singh, IPS, IGP (Zone –III) as the Chief Guest, Prof. RK Hemkumar, dean of Students Welfare, Manipur University as the guest of honour and Phoutakpam Manao, Vice President of KSA as the president.
