Keithel women say they will reach out to PM

Women vendors of Khwairamband Keithel once more protested the silence of the Union Government and the inability to solve the ongoing crisis in the state.
“We don’t want separate administration”, “Abrogate Suspension of Operation”, “Implement NRC in Manipur” were some of the slogans raised during today’s protest.
Speaking to media persons a representative of the Kheithel women expressed resentment over the failure on the part of the government to control the ongoing crisis in the state by restoring peace and normalcy. She also lambasted the government over its inaction to shun the violence which has been killing various innocent people of the state.
“Destroyed houses can be rebuilt, documents can be procured but we cannot bring back precious lives lost during the conflict”, a lady told the media. She said that money can’t buy a life.
The Keithel ladies said that they will march to Delhi and apprise the prime Minister regarding the ongoing crisis in the state.
