Imphal, Aug 3: Rebel group Kangleipak Communist Party (KCP) Poirei Meitei Lup today said that JNIMS Director-in-Charge Dr. L Deven cannot concealed the wrongs on how he took the charge using unfair means by treating some 5 to 10 patients who are below the poverty line.
In a press statement, the outfit said that still the director -in-charge of JNIMS Dr. L. Deven fails to produce a white paper without following the RR.
The rebel group further said that inorder to conceal the wrongs Dr. Deven had promoted some of the doctors to professors against the directives of the medical Council of India and is spending huge amount money on paying salary to them.
Blaming the Chief Minister , who is also the chairman of the JNIMS society, the rebel group question on why they remain silence even after knowing that Dr. Deven had been handed over the charge in violation of the RR and besides he had promoted some doctors to professors whose proposals had been disapproved by the Medical Council of India.
It further said that by promoting unqualified doctors how could the JNIMS become a quality institution.
The rebel group while warning the JNIMS society to take appropriate action against Dr. Deven also appealed those promoted as professor against the directives of the MCI.
