Kick Boxing Association Manipur (KAM) today organized a blessing program for the selected participants of Wako Asia Kickboxing Championship 2015 to be held from 2nd to 9th August at Manipur Press Club.
Six players from the state namely Yambem Tala Chanu, Laishram Surbala Devi, Yumnam Itombi Chanu, ST Peter Koireng, Yumnam Sanajaoba, Wareppam Rojita were selected to represent Manipur in the upcoming championship.
The blessing programme was followed by a 2-minutes silence condolence as a mark of respect to Sapam Robinson, who was brutally murdered by police during a protest staged on July 8.
