State hopes high for U-17 Indian football players from the state

Imphal : Imphal Tulihal Airport today show 100s of people awaiting for the U-17 Indian Football goalkeeper Dheeraj Singh Moirangthem who stun the spectators of the Under -17 FIFA World Cup, with garlands and musics. Already 7 players in the Indian Squad which score Indian first goal in the International event Jeakson Thounaojam and other players Ninthoinganba Meetei (Mid fielder), Boris Singh (Defender), Nongdamba Naorem, Suresh Singh Wangjam, Amarjit Singh Kiyam and Mohamad Sahajan had been given warmed reception when they arrived at the Imphal Tulihal Airport yesterday.  
Soon after Dheeray came out of the airport , people waiting for him hook garland and blessed him for what he did for the national team. “ Deeraj saved multiple strike by opponent players while Jeakson scored the first goal in the FIFA U-17 World Cup at which India play for the first time.
At the airport Dheeraj said that he is preparing for the under 19 Asian qualifying game to be held at Soudi Arabia in November this year.
“Its just the beginning of my career, I have a long way to go, so wish me to go ahead with my dream”, Dheeraj said talking to reporters at the airport.
When asked any offer from any club around globe Dheeraj said that it is too immature for such engagement as he still have to go a long way.
