During their cease work strike the labourers did not allow any transportation of food grains inside the premises of the office. Following the incident Lamphel Police reportedly picked up all the labourers from the site.Director of CAF & PD, Mutum Yaiskul Meitei said to the media that the labourers are not regular employees of the department but hired by a contractor.
