A looter who used to rob people by using toy gun on the way between Thoubal College and YVU and Kabrang Hill in Thoubal district was rounded up by locals of Thoubal Wangma Taba area on Tuesday afternoon. The looter has been identified as Leitanthem Ichamba (age 36) son of Leitanthem Biren of Thoubal Wangma Taba Mathak Leikai. One stripe of N-10 tablet was recovered from his possession. He was later handed over to police.
